Care that stays.

We’re building a place for peer support in everyday school life. Starting with students in Grades 7-12 in Edmonton.

Peer support

A familiar face. A first step.

Our model prepares student volunteers to listen, respect boundaries, and help their peers connect with support, alongside school counselling staff.

Training, clear confidentiality guidelines, and referral pathways are central to the model. Peer support complements professional care.

Student-led workshops

Conversations worth having.

We’re developing accessible, non-clinical presentations on stress, academic pressure, supporting a friend, and finding school and community resources.

Student feedback will help shape workshops that speak to the experiences of students in Grades 7-12.

Spaces in schools

Room to take a breath.

Our fundraising vision supports quiet rooms, peer support drop-ins, and resource libraries in schools, prioritizing communities with fewer existing resources.

Lasting partnerships with schools and mental health organizations are how we plan to make that support continue beyond a single event.

Bring the conversation to your school.

Share a short introduction to SUMMIT with your school counsellor, student leadership team, or community organization. Our programs are still in development, so we can’t book workshops or peer support sessions yet.
